Incorporation and Commencement

Knights Foods and Beverages (Nig.) Ltd. was incorporated in Nigeria on the 21st of January, 2003 and commenced business operations in January, 2004.

Business Statement

Knights Foods and Beverages (Nig.) Ltd. is a company specialising in the production, packaging and distribution of quality food and beverage products.

Our start-line product is DIANA PURIFIED WATER which we currently produce and distribute in 20-litre dispenser machine bottles. As a complementary product, we also sell top-of-the-range dispenser machines.

Our short-term product development plan includes introduction of beverage, table water in 50cl, 75cl and 150cl bottles as well as fresh juice production and distribution while in the long run we plan to go into dairy and dry foods production and merchandising.
